Hillary Clinton’s new ad plays on fear.

Look like the fear card is being played everywhere around Barack Obama. From Hillary now, and also from McCain questioning Barack’s patriotism. This ad crosses a line in my opinion.

**UPDATE**

Interesting isn’t it?

John McCain “i am a proud conservative liberal republican”

Freudian slip? John McCain looks like he’s gonna wither to dust before the primary even ends. I don’t see how Republicans think this guy is going to win anything. This was contributed to youtube by Veracifier.

Barack Obama’s patriotism in question

I think Dan Abrams is an oversized ten year old. credit to Veracifier for another great post.

This reminds me of that line in the movie Office Space. “You know the nazis had pieces of flare.”

Ron Paul interview on Fox Business Channel 2/28/08

Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul was on Fox Business Channel once again discussing his conversation from the previous day with Ben Bernake. Ben Bernake is the chairman of the Federal Reserve which conducts the oversight of our monetary policy. You can find the discussion posted on my blog with Ben Bernake by clicking this image of Ron Paul.

Bush gets a tough question on FISA

Bush was asked some tough questions on the FISA bill, over retroactive immunity. He looks a little say.. frustrated..? It would probably be important if you’re against retroactive immunity for telecoms who might have broken the law by illegally spying on American citizens, to contact your representative. It is afterall your fourth amendment right. This was posted by Veracifier on youtube.

Russia Today commentary on U.S. elections, and The Onion newspaper

Once again Russia Today does some decent reporting, i think i watch it because i like the womans voice. It’s pretty sexy, anyways enough beating around the bush.. Hah.. They talk about Hillary’s little mishap at the debate by not pronouncing Dimitry Medvedev’s name correctly, and a recent joke video posted by The Onion in which they address voter fraud. There are some interviews of people on the street about the video. They ask questions as if the video report were true and get some interesting responses.

Ron Paul talks inflation with Ben Bernake

Ron Paul layed down some hard reality with Ben Bernake who is the chairman of the Federal Reserve by discussing history, inflation and the gold standard. Ron Paul is a republican presidential candidate. Bernake actually agreed with Ron Paul to some extent. This is from February 27th, 2008. The first video is Ron Paul’s opening statement, and the second a larger portion of questioning. The third video is Wall Street’s reaction to the meeting with Bernake, and the fourth video is a phone interview on Cavuto about what happened at the meeting.

William F. Buckley dies at age 82

William F. Buckley died recently. i am not very familiar with his career other than the debate he had with Noam Chomsky from 1969. It’s still relevant today, and worth watching.

Russian Television reports on U.S. elections

It’s interesting to get other perspectives on the elections, and Russia Today has ran some worthy commentary in the past so i thought i’d post their latest coverage. It’s in english, i think its their U.S. branch or something similar to Al Jazeera English.

Tim Russert tears it up at the democratic debate.

Someone took a dump in Tim Russert’s hat and by the looks of it, it was either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton. Another worthy contribution to youtube by TMPtv and Veracifier. Very nice work.
